Hey, a while ago I called you fat. I just wanted to apologize. I’ve recently gained a lot of weight and now I’m fat, too. Definitely wouldn’t appreciate it if someone called me fat.

It’s a good time for Americans and many others around the world to take a step back and observe what happens when labor can’t produce things. Rich people panic because they have no actual ability to create wealth themselves. They rely on everyone else to make it for them. Yet we continue to pander to them and worship them when it should be clear they have nothing without us. They are leeches, slave owners, and opportunists. They care only about us so much as it matters to their bottom line. They’re the people telling Trump they don’t want to produce masks and ventilators because it’s too costly and will make them retool their factories.
Their wealth is useless without the products we produce to buy. If the rich and powerful want to return to normal, the rules must be different. Guaranteed health care for all, free public college, $15 minimum wage tied to inflation, mandatory employee representation on every board in America. We want to pay sick leave for every American, including gig-economy workers. Paid maternity leave for both partners for 3 months at a minimum.
If they do not understand a general strike of essential workers will bring them to their knees. Grocery store workers, first responders, “essential” workers they treat like trash, striking together at this moment will cripple the wealthy.
